250m² of floor screed at 100mm thick was installed using CemteQ’s Screedlite perlite-based lightweight screed to achieve a solid floor feel on a suspended steel deck cladded with IBR sheeting. Perlite lightweight aggregate was selected to reduce the load, sealed using Flex-e-Guard from Stanton Construction Chemicals and tiled.
