Our bespoke designer blends put sustainability right at the heart of concrete design by combining repurposed polystyrene and plastic aggregates premixed with the correct ratio of cement and admixtures to prevent segregation, ensure homogenous distribution throughout the concrete and improve pumpability.
These sustainable, thermally efficient, lightweight composite products are specially formulated to be mixed with water onsite for the perfect lightweight concrete mixes for lightweight screeds, concrete and infill. To match the specialised requirements of our customers, these products offer the following attributes:
Supplied pre‑blended in bags
Designed for use with conventional concrete mixing, pumping, placing and finishing equipment
Available in various densities and strengths from 1 to 10 MPa
We supply unblended repurposed and coated polystyrene beads for use in readymixed and precast concrete applications
