Over 2000m2 of our 140mm and 200mm thick lightweight Q-blocks have been supplied to W30 and the AST Group for the Atrium shopping Mall in Johannesburg. These were used for new internal partition walls to various areas as part of the refurbishment of the existing mall. With a density of 25-30% of conventional brick and mortar, CemteQ lightweight Q-blocks were specified by the engineer due to weight constraints on the existing concrete slabs. CemteQ PlasterteQ fibre-reinforced plaster premix was used on all walling for a fine finish.
