A nod to Fix Multiple Projects for successfully installing selecting CemteQ’s innovative lightweight solutions for this office façade project in Kempton Park. The design of the façade called for a lightweight concrete block and plaster with an off-shutter concrete finish. 113m² of CemteQ’s 100mm Q-Blocks were used for the lightweight walling and

CemteQ’s perlite-based Plasterlite with a plaster sealer was used to achieve the off-shutter concrete look. An interesting feature of the block installation was the use of a thin-bed foam mortar which made the project extremely quick and efficient.

The result was an office façade project which met the architect’s design requirements and showcases a remarkable blend of innovative materials and expert execution.
