A total of nearly 90m³ of perlite was recently supplied to a game lodge in Namibia. The perlite was specified for under-tile roof screeds to provide slopes-to-fall for rainwater run-off as well as to insulate the concrete roof slab and reduce heat transfer to the HVAC system placed underneath the roof slab.
