Following the successful first phase of a renovation project at Pinnacle College in Midrand, CemteQ supplied 140mm and 200mm lightweight concrete Q-blocks for the second phase of the project through Lemay Painting and Renovations. The blocks were used to convert open floor space into multiple classrooms without the need to do expensive and time-consuming foundation thickening. When compared to dry walling in this application, CemteQ’ solid Q-blocks offered a cost-effective option and superior performance.
