Lightweight concrete roof decks facilitate slopes- to-fall for water run-off

With all the recent rain, rainwater management will make all the difference to how a roof waterproofing system performs in draining water off a roof deck.

Installation errors on the main concrete roof deck can lead to the requirement for excessively thick screeds to move water off the roof which can impose significant loads onto the structure and foundations.

Using CemteQ’s roof screed systems will minimise the weight on the structure and provide the required falls to ensure correct water run-off and management.
